ISO quality policy / environmental policy

In 1996, a specialized brake parts manufacturer for repairs was the first to obtain ISO9001 certification, and in 2002, the Technical Research Institute obtained ISO14001 certification.

This is none other than our company’s efforts to create products that take quality, the environment and people into consideration.

Environmental Policy (R&D Division)

1. Technology development: Strive to develop products with low environmental impact, and work to develop products, processes, and systems that are in harmony with the environment.
2. Environmental protection: We will comply with relevant laws and regulations, prevent pollution and continuously reduce the environmental load, and predict the environmental impact of products, processes and systems at each stage from development to disposal and recovery, evaluate and strive to protect the environment.
3. Social Contribution: As a company that loves the environment, we will actively participate in and support environmental conservation activities centered on Sakudaira Shinshu, and strive to coexist with the local community.

ECE-Regulation 90

Already in 1998, we obtained Regulation No. 90 of the European standard ECE “Economic Commission for Europe”. (See below: 3, 4)

In order to obtain ECE Regulation No. 90, it is necessary to clear strict test conditions such as almost no difference in braking effect from genuine products and almost no difference in braking effect with respect to speed. (See below: 5)

We have acquired this standard for more than 570 items (brake pads: 470, brake shoes: 100).

All items listed by AMECA have been tested by AMECA accredited laboratories to ensure they comply with applicable US standards.
